Vision and Mission

Vision:
The Panchayat's vision is to transform itself into a "People-Friendly Office" by implementing a Total Quality Management System, periodically reviewing its useful Quality Objectives, and ensuring the complete satisfaction of the public and the all-round progress of the Panchayat. This is to be achieved by providing the best services and development projects to the public transparently and in a time-bound manner, based on the principles of the Panchayat Raj Act and the Citizen's Charter.
Mission/Methods to Achieve the Vision:
The Panchayat's vision can be realized through the following methods:
1.    Making Panchayat services available to the public through transparent administration and excellent online systems.
2.    Elevating the quality of basic infrastructure, including drinking water, transport facilities, electricity, public education, and health care centers.
3.    Ensuring local economic growth by promoting agriculture and small-scale industries.
4.    Preparing development projects with public participation.
